HOW YOUR ORDER MOVES / PHASE 2 PREVIEW
From approved brief to dispatch.
The planned client timeline reflects CSL’s production workflow. The steps depend on your garment and construction; not every order needs every process. Live status connections are coming soon.
01
Order intake
Your specifications, quantity, construction and order reference are reviewed.
02
Artwork & pattern preparation
Pattern development, templates, artwork checks and any embroidery or knitting programme are prepared as required.
03
Sample & revision review
Printing samples are checked; revisions and pre-production samples are reviewed where required.
04
Approval to proceed
The agreed artwork and specification must be approved before the relevant production stage proceeds.
05
Production
Cutting, knitting, embroidery, sublimation, heat pressing, laser processing, sewing and transfers are used as appropriate to the approved product.
06
Quality checks
Garments pass the relevant checks. Any rework is resolved before packing release.
07
Packing & dispatch planning
Completed items are prepared for shipment. Small orders may wait for agreed consolidated dispatch; ready to pack is not shipped.
08
Dispatched
The team releases shipment details after dispatch. Carrier tracking and partial-shipment quantities are planned client-portal features.
When an order needs attention.
An order can pause for artwork, samples, materials or a clarification. The future portal will show a staff-approved update and any action needed from you. Requested dates and internal task deadlines are not confirmed delivery promises.
Planned artwork and sample review, version history and clear approval requests. Changes return to staff for a feasibility check.
02 / PROGRESS
See the next step.
Planned updates for sampling, production, quality checks and packing, with an action-needed or on-hold notice when appropriate.
03 / DISPATCH
Follow each shipment.
Planned visibility for grouped orders, partial dispatches and customer-approved tracking details. Ready to pack does not mean shipped.
04 / REPEAT
Keep your reference.
Link a new request to the original order and approved artwork. Change quantities, sizes, design or event dates for team review.
Coming soon. Production statuses and customer-visible approvals require the live Trello connection and verified customer accounts. Internal task due dates are not promised delivery dates.
BUILT AROUND TRUST
Only your orders. Only approved details.
Customer access will be verified before private information is shown. Artwork versions and order details will be selected for customer visibility by CSL. Internal production notes stay with the team.
