This website presents the sportswear, custom apparel, knitwear and performance sock manufacturing services of Custom Sports and Leisure Manufacturing Corp. These terms apply to website use. A separate written quotation and accepted order agreement govern manufacturing work.
Enquiries and order formation
RFQs, chat messages, uploaded concepts and automated acknowledgements are requests for review. A CSL-O reference is an online enquiry reference, not a purchase order, production booking or acceptance. Prices, currency, tax, quantities, minimums, samples, payment arrangements and delivery terms must be confirmed in writing by authorised CSL staff.
Your artwork and intellectual property
Only upload logos, photographs, names, designs and other materials you are authorised to use. You retain your rights in submitted materials and permit CSL and its relevant service providers to access and use them to assess and respond to your enquiry and carry out separately agreed work. Uploading artwork does not authorise its public publication or transfer ownership. Any transfer of commissioned artwork rights must be agreed in writing.
Concepts, samples and approvals
Gallery renderings are AI-created inspiration, not photographs of completed customer orders. Fabric photographs and screen colours are indicative. Confirm materials, physical swatches, sizing, artwork proofs, colour references, decoration positions and tolerances before production. Interactive design creation and customer order access marked Phase 2 are not live services.
Mike and NEXUS
Mike provides AI-assisted or guided information. It cannot bind CSL, approve designs, confirm a price or delivery date, or access live customer orders. Review any prepared enquiry before submitting it. NEXUS is for authorised internal users; website access does not grant staff access.
Responsible use
Do not submit unlawful, infringing or malicious material, impersonate another person, interfere with the website, bypass access controls or attempt to obtain another customer’s information. CSL may restrict misuse while preserving applicable legal rights.
External services and availability
Links to social networks, maps and other websites lead to independent services governed by their own terms. Content may change, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Report errors so CSL can review them. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Applicable law and updates
These website terms are interpreted under Philippine law, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you. Agreed manufacturing contracts may contain their own governing terms. Material revisions will be published on this page. Contact CSL first to discuss any website or enquiry concern.
